We decided to offer rental options to help couples achieve the dreamy, Pinterest-wedding of their dreams without having to source all those little detail pieces themselves.
Our inventory includes gorgeous lanterns from Anthropologie, West Elm and Pottery Barn. We have candleholders from Crate and Barrel and are constantly on the lookout for new pieces to add to our collection.
There’s no need for you to buy 20 sets of candleholders, table numbers and that specialty cake stand for one day-we already have them! Source your detail pieces through us, taking one more thing off of your to-do list.

We’ll check to make sure we’re available and email a proposal based on your anticipated rental needs. If you decide to reserve the rentals, you can make the 50% nonrefundable deposit online via credit card through our secure invoicing system. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your event.
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Being a full-service boutique rental company that aims to provide a flawless rental experience, we only take on a few jobs per week. We encourage you to secure your must-haves sooner rather than later to ensure availability.
We deliver within 60 miles of Annapolis; serving Maryland, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Our professional delivery team handles all deliveries and setup, breakdown and pickup.
Our delivery fee is based on a number of factors including distance, venue access and requests for specific times. Standard delivery and collection will take place within a 2-hour window Monday-Saturday, as determined by the Vineyard. Upon booking, we’ll provide a delivery questionnaire to firm up details, for completion at your earliest convenience.
Yes! We do offer a pick up option by appointment. When we reach out to discuss the details, be sure to mention you’d like to schedule an appointment for pick up and drop off after the event.
Yes, we require a $500 rental minimum on all orders within 30 miles of Annapolis, Maryland, not inclusive of taxes or delivery fees. Minimums outside of this delivery area begin at $1,000.
We understand one of the big unknowns when planning an event is the final guest count. You’re able to add any available rentals, or remove any items (limited to 20% of the original amount ordered) as long as you fulfill the minimum. All changes must be finalized within 14 days of your event date.
We get it! It happens. If an item breaks, or is misplaced we do charge a replacement cost of 3x the rental cost to replace the item.
Yes! We’d love for you to come see our rental items in person. Feel free to bring your table linens, flatware you plan on using or inspiration photos so we can ensure we choose the right pieces for you! Our studio is located in Eastport, MD. Availability is by appointment only, so please contact us to set up something up.
