All additions must be received no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date for pick up or delivery.

All cancellations must be confirmed no less than 14 days prior to your order delivery or pick up date. Any exceptions will incur a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days of pick up/delivery date will not be accepted, and the customer will incur full charges with exception of the delivery fee.

Floret and Vine is not responsible for the care and condition of the floral arrangements once delivery is completed. For an additional fee, Floret and Vine will handle unpacking and setting up your items. Please let us know if you would be interested in pricing for this additional service.

Delivery is available within 50 miles of Annapolis, MD. Delivery rates begin at $30 and vary based on the size and location of your order. For deliveries beyond the 50 mile radius, e-mail erin@floretandvine.com for assistance.
Please note delivery is to one location only. Any additional locations will require additional delivery charges. 

Delivery

Pick up at the floret and vine studio is free. Please contact erin@floretandvine.com to coordinate your pick up between Monday-Saturday. Pick Up is not available on Sunday. Pick Up is by appointment only. Walk ins not accepted.

While we always try our hardest to get the blooms in your selected collection, we cannot guarantee floral selection, regardless of item descriptions. Due to the organic nature of our products, Floret and Vine reserves the right to substitute floral and vase selections without notice if product is not available. Floral designers may update selections based on artistic preferences.
